Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or promotions, processing times may be extended. Once an order is placed, it is finalized and cannot be changed or edited. Cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details. While we will try to accommodate requests for address changes, they are not guaranteed.

CANADA ORDERS  
Orders within Canada are shipped within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped within 3-10 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges, as well as for complying with the regulations of their country. Luzta Cosmetics does not collect these fees and cannot provide estimates—contact your local customs office for further information.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 
Luzta Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier mishandling, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. All claims must be resolved within 7 business days.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect or incomplete information, missing P.O. box numbers, refused deliveries, or return-to-sender situations. Luzta Cosmetics is not liable for returns due to incorrect addresses and reserves the right to charge additional fees for reshipment of lost or returned packages.
